Meet Dana Anderson Whittaker Dana Whittaker joined the Keller Williams family in August 2008. As she is getting to know the culture, she's kicking herself for not joining three years ago when the owner approached her team about joining the company in 2005.    Dana grew up in San Diego and graduated from SDSU in 1998  with a degree in English and a desire to see the world. She took off to back-pack through Europe in pursuit of a challenging career. She didn't find it there, so she toured Australia, Canada and Mexico too.  She decided to move to Las Vegas on a whim and never looked back.    Dana got her real estate license in late 2000 and built up a thriving business over the next several years after jumping over lots of hurdles. She signed up for a coaching program that put everything in perspective in September of 2001. From there, the road began to narrow. She thoroughly enjoyed negotiating deals and feeling the excitement of a closing, however, her passion developed for what makes one person or team incredibly successful over so many others that are doomed to fail. How come some people seem to have unlimited potential?    Dana became obsessed with studying the process by which people attain their dreams. She knew certain methods worked because they had worked for her: someone with no prior knowledge of real estate, no SOI, and no money. So why do so many real estate agents fight the process? Why do they limit ourselves with their own beliefs? How come they are afraid to try different means of becoming successful? Why do so many agnets have an overwhelming fear of failure, and of success?!?    Dana overcome a lot of adversity in life. She has been able to walk through many challenges and she have failed a lot. And, she found some methods to help her land on her feet, disconnect from the failure quickly and jump back in the game. Dana works with amazing coaches and mentors that have guided her to have life-changing breakthroughs. This is Dana's calling and it's why she joined Keller Williams as the Productivity Coach. (Handsome too.) They have a two year old son that goes to Montessori School and they travel to both coasts to see the grandparents, and the beach, a few times a year. Dana loves adventures and testing her limits and completed her first sprint triathlon on Sept. 28th, 2008.    Dana is compelled to coach agents to achieve a reality beyond their wildest dreams.

From eating a popsicle by the pool with her son, re-habbing a home for charity, or taking a trip to the beach with her husband, Dana enjoys all that life has to offer. By constantly meeting new challenges she has "gotten out of the box" to help form an award winning team and still manages to enjoy the fun things in life. "Getting out of the Box" is a lifelong philosophy that has greatly rewarded her and her clients alike.
