MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITIES
The Greater Las Vegas area and Clark County offer some of the most highly sought after Master Planned Communities in the country. Master Planned Communities offer amenities like beautiful parks that may have jogging, hiking or bike trails, off-leash areas for dogs, skate park areas, volley-ball courts, tennis courts or basket ball courts, softball fields, and lots of green grass for running and playing soccer, or just getting together for a picnic. Other amenities may include shopping centers close by with specialized shops, boutiques, and ecclectic restaurants. Usually these communities have easy access to local freeways, libraries, and schools.
Sometimes, within the Master Plan, you may encounter a Home Owners Association, or HOA. The HOA is designed to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood for a monthly, quarterly or yearly fee. The Master Plans also have monthly, quarterly, or yearly fees, both of which may include common area maintenance, management, amenities such as pool and spa or fitness facility, the gate if there is one, or security, etc. These Common Interest Communities will have Community Covenants and Restrictions (CCR's) regarding your property and before purchasing in one of these areas, you will be given the community documents for your approval. If you are interested in Buying or Selling in one of these areas, contact Chris Whittaker at (702)285-1363.
